The Maryland Paranormal Society (“MPS”) maintains full and exclusive ownership of all intellectual property created, published, or distributed under its name. This includes, without limitation:

• Written investigative reports, case files, summaries, and historical research
• Photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, and digital media captured during investigations or events
• Logos, symbols, branding elements, graphic designs, and promotional materials
• Website content, articles, blog posts, educational materials, and training documents
• Forms, waivers, guidelines, and all organizational documentation
• Social media posts, livestreams, and any derivative works produced by MPS

All materials produced by MPS are protected under United States copyright law and applicable international copyright treaties. No part of these materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or used in any form—whether digital, print, or otherwise—without the prior written consent of the Maryland Paranormal Society.

Unauthorized use of MPS content, including but not limited to the alteration, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of investigative data or media, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

MPS reserves the right to grant or deny permission for educational, historical, journalistic, or collaborative use of its materials at its sole discretion. Requests for permission must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.

The Maryland Paranormal Society also reserves all rights to its investigative methodologies, case documentation processes, and proprietary organizational materials. Any attempt to replicate, misrepresent, or falsely associate with MPS is expressly forbidden.
